Amber Bell
Amber specializes in agency management and commercial lines. Amber and Rob started Ark in 2012 with nothing more than a lot of faith in God and a little business experience. Together, and with the help of their employees, they have created a wonderful business based on serving others first, just as Christ served us. Amber and Rob were high school sweethearts who attended Johnston City High School and graduated in the classes of 1999 and 1998. They have 5 children, 3 dogs, and a grandbaby.
Julia Bell, CLCS, PLCS
Julia started at Ark practicing softball on the front lawn with Amber at 11 years old (2012) and has since gotten her insurance license at 18 years old (2020). She specializes in commercial/business lines (including commercially-owned life insurance) and is currently working towards her CIC designation. Julia got married in April 2022 to Caleb Bell. Together they have 1 child and 2 dogs,.
Vanessa Waldron
Vanessa started in our office in 2014 and she specializes in customer relations as well as overall personal lines servicing. Vanessa attended Johnston City High School and graduated in the class of 1998. Vanessa and her husband Matt got married in 2014 and have 5 children and 1 dog. She also has 3 grandchildren and 1 grandpuppy.
Cathy White
Cathy started in our office in 2017, she specializes in life insurance and policy renewal services. She also assists in personal lines servicing. Cathy attended Johnston City High School and graduated in the class of 1978. Cathy has 3 children and 1 dog.
Amy Kee
Amy started in our office in 2022 and if you call, you're almost sure that she'll be the one answering! She enjoys working with Cathy and taking care of her customers. She attended Johnston City High School and graduated in 1989. Amy has 1 child and 1 dog.
Zach, Jazzi, Abbi, and Motley
Our 4 dogs come to work with us daily and are definitely a part of the family! :)
